Lingerie Loft wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, certain items may be returned for exchange only. All merchandise returned must have the original tags attached and be unworn and unwashed. Items must be free of odor and stains.
Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of shipping date. Items received after this timeframe will not be accepted.
All sales are final on panties and other clearance items. These items are identified on the website.
You are responsible for the shipping cost for all items being returned. We strongly encourage you to return your items using a form of shipping with tracking service. We also recommend you package the item to protect it from damage during shipping. Items returned damaged, will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of the merchandise, we reserve the right to refuse any return.
Your items will be shipped with an invoice. If you have to return an item for exchange, we ask you to return the invoice with your order.
We do not give cash or credit refunds. Exchange only.
